File Preparation

ALL files MUST be Stuffed or Zipped, you may not just drag folders onto the site.

Please include a PDF with your upload if you have not already provided printed proofs.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you have any problems with files that you are sending like being disconnected or interrupted and you need to resend the files you MUST rename your upload file. Appending V2-V3 (version changes) to end of file name helps keep versions up to date.

After Upload

After your file(s) have been uploaded please contact your Sales Representative with all pertinent information. If you have any other problems accessing our site please feel free to contact us at 978-658-7776 and someone will be more than happy to assist you.

Option 1: WEB UPLOAD

Use your internet browser (Explorer, Firefox, Safari)

Contact your sales representative for username and password.

Follow the easy to use interface for browsing and uploading.

Option 2: FTP SOFTWARE

Use an FTP client software (Fetch, CuteFTP, Transmit)

Hostname/Server: ftp.advimage.com
Contact your sales representative for username and password.

Follow instructions according to your FTP program.
